Self-portrait part 1, gonna come back to this after I do some material studies for like a day
Crops of my thesis images. I will post the full ones after my thesis defense. Basically representations of my emotions when confronted by these different states of being, and trying to reason with not being as emotionally expressive as my friends and family—especially when it comes to death.

I like the colors on this too much for me to not immortalize it, but I hate pretty much everything else too much for me to fix/finish it.
Trip report: Finally getting used to this crazy program.
This was one of those ideas that was way better before it hit the canvas.
First time drawing in Sketchbook Pro. I really really miss Photoshop. I miss on the fly flow/opacity settings, I miss not having new files autosized to my screen orientation, I miss clean brushes, I miss Photoshop’s performance, and I miss a billion other things.
March was horrible. This is like 4 weeks old.
April is already better.
Self-portrait, been ages, gotta start somewhere, etc.
Couldn’t decide whether or not the color version was worth it.
Edit: Took some advice and fixed the color levels, saturation, and sharpness. Old version there for posterity.
